My landscape painting of Sherbrooke Forest entitled September Acacias won the Best Acrylic painting in the
Art Awards. The exhibition is open daily 11am until 4pm Wednesday to Sunday, 10am til 2pm Mondays. (closed Tuesdays)

Abstracting a landscape
Demonstration in Acrylics
If you have ever wondered how I create my paintings and would like the opportunity to ask me lots of questions. Come and watch me at work while I demonstrate the painting of a semi-abstracted landscape. I will be discussing the way I explore an idea, how I decide on a composition, how I select my colour palette and how I experiment to find a satisfying way to apply the paint.
